Keith has conducted over 1,500 mediations in a wide variety of disputes and cases. He will travel to a mediation location of your choice or host the mediation in his Madison office, which provides 1 large conference room (accommodating 8-10 people) and 2 additional conference rooms (accommodating 6-8 people).

As a United States Magistrate Judge for 14 years, Keith presided over a civil docket (averaging 400-500 cases) that included virtually every type of case litigated in federal court. He directed and rendered decisions on all aspects of case management, including, but not limited to, discovery, ESI protocols, expert disclosures, and strategic planning and scheduling. Keith's experience spans two-party to multi-party cases, collective actions, and complex litigation. He offers special master services to state and federal courts wherever needed.
On select matters, Keith is available to serve as a single or panel-member arbitrator. He offers arbitration services primarily in the following types of disputes: labor & employment, banking, business relations and dissolution, commercial transactions, construction, property insurance claims, insurance coverage, nursing home, and all personal injury.
