Mediation, Special Master, Arbitration in
Mississippi and Nationwide
Keith served as a United States Magistrate Judge from 2010-2024. During that time, he conducted over 1,500 mediations. He also directed and rendered decisions on all aspects of case management, including, but not limited to, discovery, ESI protocols, expert disclosures, and strategic planning and scheduling. Keith’s experience spans cases of virtually every type and size, from two-party to multi-party cases, collective actions, and complex litigation.
On March 1, 2024, Keith left the bench and opened F. Keith Ball, PLLC. Prior to the bench, Keith practiced litigation exclusively for almost 20 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and trying numerous cases to verdict. He now offers his knowledge, experience, and expertise to attorneys and courts in need of his services as a mediator, special master, or arbitrator.
