Mediation Services in Mississippi and Nationwide
Keith served as a United States Magistrate Judge from 2010-2024. Prior to the bench, he practiced litigation exclusively for almost 20 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and trying numerous cases to verdict. On March 1, 2024, Keith left the bench and opened F. Keith Ball, PLLC, dedicating his practice to mediation.
As a judge and private mediator, Keith has conducted over 2,000 mediations. His experience includes cases of virtually every type and size, from two-party to multi-party cases, collective actions, class actions, and complex litigation. Keith offers his knowledge, experience, and expertise to attorneys and courts in need of his services as a full-time mediator.
